The hotel was fairly clean with very kind and nice staff, it was a decent base for rest. Location: the venue was not far from restaurants, the beach bars and restaurants and a night club.

Every time in Playa del Carmen, I choose this place. Quiet hotel, it's the best 3-star experience I ever had. Every staff member is super-friendly and strives to meet your needs. Excellent setting, it's very close to the 5th Avenue and the ADO and Close to the beach and a cave. Don't forget to explore Centro district.

The stay was good. Everything was great, and it had free wi-fi. The location was good and excellent, you can visit Coco Bongo by walking. All the employees were super-friendly and smiled at me.

The hotel was placed in the very central location right next to the main pedestrian zone. Moreover, it's really close to the beach and shopping, the airport and the night clubs.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling main area. The room had a small kitchenette which was convenient, and the Wi-Fi, when working, had great connectivity. Despite some minor issues, the hotel felt safe with its one-night entrance. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

Everything was great, even so a few employees were not very friendly. The room was well-kept and with very nice toilet, large beds and at least a refridgerator. The location was magnificent, for example, Sun Jaguar was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I did not like anything about it.

This hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. There were virtually no services available. Overall, it is very depressing and certainly not worth the rate of $80. The photos on the website are very deceptive. I had reservations for two nights and checked out after one night.

The hotel is centrally located, just a block away from 5th Avenue and the staff was very helpful. We arrived a couple hours early and they were very accomodating. The rooms were nice and clean, and the Jacucci was nice.

Good price, excellent location near nightlife. Rooms are new with great AC and Wifi. Small kitchen with utensils and good bathroom with big shower. Free breakfast is simple but decent. Friendly staff.

Two best things about the hotel are: 1 - the location - it is only 1 block from 5th Ave and 2 blocks from the beach; 2 - the staff - was very friendly and helpful.

Even if the staff was extremally nice there were always something not working correctly: the water in the sink was not flowing at all, there was no light in the bathroom, the towels were missing, in the tv there were only 2 channels available - the small things that can make your stay not so enjoyable.

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was comfortable. It was in a very central location, very close to everything.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to major attractions and amenities. The wifi connection was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the shower was good and provided a refreshing experience.

The hotel itself seemed old and run down. The furniture was super old and dirty, and there was a closet in the bathroom which was quite unhygienic.

The hotel offers magnificent location near Playa del Carmen downtown. Also, we both greatly enjoyed casona, located at a short distance from the property. The restaurant is GOOD, with superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff.
